This will be the title of the joint presentation hosted by Jæder and AM Nutrition on January 28th at 14:00 h during the virtual seminar Annual Food Industry Days 2021.
Guro Espeland, CEO at Jæder and Laura Gil Martens, R&D Manager at AM Nutrition, will share insights on current product development work, as well as key information on the relevant project “Norsk Vegetar” (Norwegian Vegetarian), in which both companies participate together with NOFIMA and other project partners.
The Annual Food Industry Days 2021 is a two-day digital event starting on Thursday January 28th. The event is arranged by the Norwegian Association of Food Technologists. The purpose of the Association of Food Technologists is to be a meeting place for the Food industry and keep its members professionally updated at all times.
