Laura Gil Martens, Chief Nutritionist, R&D Manager, AM Nutrition

January 19, 2018 | Petfood

Petfood Forum represents an excellent meeting point for pet food professionals from all over the world to network, exchange ideas and do business.
AM Nutrition is happy to contribute to this prestigious event!
Pea hull fiber (PHF) is more than an excellent source of dietary fiber! PHF is also a source of a number of phenolic compounds with antioxidant properties.

In a research project run in collaboration with the International Research Institute of Stavanger (IRIS), PHF has been characterized by its content of phenolic compounds by using Mass spectrometry.

Results will be presented at Petfood Forum 2018 on April 23-25, Kansas City, Missouri, US.

This is the 3rd year in a row that AM Nutrition contributes to the scientific program of Petfood Forum Kansas.

“We are pleased and grateful to count with the opportunity to share results of good research with the global pet food industry”, highlights Laura Gil Martens, R&D Manager at AM Nutrition.
