In a research project run in collaboration with the International Research Institute of Stavanger (IRIS), PHF has been characterized by its content of phenolic compounds by using Mass spectrometry.
Results will be presented at Petfood Forum 2018 on April 23-25, Kansas City, Missouri, US.
This is the 3rd year in a row that AM Nutrition contributes to the scientific program of Petfood Forum Kansas.
