Thomas Eskildsen, Business Manager, AM Nutrition Denmark
The Innovation workshop took place at Hansenberg Technical High School, Kolding, Denmark, in December 14th 2018. The workshop was part of the final evaluation of new educated Cooking Chefs in the Gastronomy professional line of the school.
The work consisted of the evaluation of pea concentrates in diverse food applications which resulted in creative and unique gourmet recipes which are ready to be implemented in the food market. Among these products, diverse breakfast blends, bakery and pasta courses were specially highlighted.
High protein, healthier alternatives for a sustainable world! The present was a collaboration activity between Hansenberg Technical High School, NISCO and AM Nutrition.
