Based on 100% texturized AMN Pea Protein Concentrate

Plant-based foods are evolving.

At AM Nutrition, we focus on creating high-quality pea protein solutions for nutritious and functional products.

In collaboration with Nofima Research Institute, we developed a veggie dough (meat analogue) based on 100% texturized Pea Protein Concentrate (AMN PPC).

AMN PPC is an air-classified product produced at AM Nutrition, Norway, which was further texturized at a third party facility.

The burger was made with texturized AMN PPC and a mix of celery, onion, mushrooms, kidney beans, red lentils, salt, parsley, and pepper.

The result? A tasty, protein-rich, great plant-based alternative!
