Pea Hull Fiber (PHF) is more than an excelent source of dietary fiber. Pea hull fiber is also a source of a number of phenolic compounds with potential antioxidant properties.
High standard research conducted at International Research Institute of Stavanger (IRIS), has shown that PHF is also a natural source of phenolic compounds. Results have been presented at Petfood Forum 2018 on April 23-25, Kansas City, Missouri, US.
