The conference was held on 9th – 20th June 2018 in Stavanger Forum in Norway. The headline for 37 °C in 2018 was «Digitalising health» and counted with the special participation of the Norwegian Minister of Health and Care Mr. Bent Høie, and the Major of Stavanger Mrs. Christine Sagen Helgø, among other important authorities from official and industrial sectors.

In addition to plenary sessions, parallel sessions and workshops on Nutrition and functional ingredients and other specific topics within health were organized. AM Nutrition`s CEO, Mr. Roar Feedt, held a speech on the future of pea concentrates in human nutrition, health and food security.

The Conference represented an excellent forum where international research institutions, global health and food sectors, as well as governmental authorities, had the opportunity to address and discuss important issues regarding future Health and Food Biosecurity issues.
