AM Nutrition Life cycle assessment (LCA) for pea fractions is completed!

The LCA study has been conducted by Blonk Merieux NutriSciences, a company regarded internationally as the world best, and as a pioneer in sustainability studies in the Agriculture business.
The scope of the LCA was from cradle to producer gate. The scope includes all life cycle stages starting from the production of raw materials, transport to factory, processing and packaging of final product.
In general, AM Nutrition Pea Protein Concentrate displayed a lower climate change impact compared to other plant proteins assessed across the European market; as well as a lower climate change impact compared to other fractionation technologies.
