AM Nutrition and Nisco at the 14th Protein Summit

AM Nutrition and NISCO actively participated at Bridge2Food’s 14th Protein Summit and at the 2nd meeting of the Ecosystem Global Platform on Vegetable Proteins.
Both events took place in the city of Lille, France, from October 1st to 4th.
The global demand of vegetable proteins is dramatically increasing and so is the need for higher production volumes, alternative vegetable proteins and process optimization. These topics have been interestingly covered during the conference and by the Ecosystem Global platform which gathers R&D sector from main actors of the global food industry.
Great opportunity for networking and support continuous product development!
