10th February 2019 – World Pulses day
Janne Årsvoll, Vice President Sales and Marketing, AM Nutrition
On February 10th. 2019 we will all celebrate for the first time the World Pulses Day, a global event to celebrate pulses worldwide and which follows the important gains made by the United Nations´ 2016 International Year of Pulses.
AM Nutrition highlights and support this wonderful initiative by working on sustained product development, and by creating awareness of the outstanding benefits of pulses on nutrition and health. Pulses, and peas among them, are very important plant ingredients in sustainable food production systems and in food security.
“Large focus on product development and on innovative applications of our pea fractions are of key importance at AM Nutrition. We continuously work on innovative solutions for our customers, and we feel highly motivated to further explore the great potential of our pea concentrates in all market segments”, remarks Laura Gil Martens, R&D Manager at AM Nutrition.
